Agreement

By using Fancy Cafe AI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

Service

Fancy Cafe AI currently offers a supplied café reference video and local photo selection. A new model is still being evaluated. Video generation and payments are not open yet. The intended complete scene is 21 seconds; production output, audio handling, and delivery are not yet confirmed. Selecting a photo changes the local role card only and does not upload the photo or generate a result.

Accounts and permission

You are responsible for your account and activity. You may upload only photos you own or have permission to use from every adult shown. Minors, public figures, non-consensual deepfakes, sexual content, harassment, and other prohibited content are not allowed.

Credits and payment

Checkout is currently disabled. Displayed USD prices remain $9.99 for one video, $19.99 for three videos, and $29.99 for five videos while the new model is evaluated. Selecting photos does not place an order. The following credit provisions apply to existing orders and any future verified service: a full-video generation and download costs one download credit; credits are one-time entitlements, not subscriptions or stored-value currency. Payment is final only after our signed payment notification confirms the order; a checkout redirect alone does not grant credits.

If full-video generation fails after credit consumption, the consumed credit is returned automatically. Unused purchased credits may be eligible for refund under our Refund Policy. Chargebacks, fraud, and policy violations may lead to suspended downloads or account enforcement.

Your content and output

You retain rights you already hold in uploaded photos. You grant us a limited license to process them for safety checks, generation, storage, support, and enforcement. Your use of generated videos must comply with law, third-party rights, and our policies. Review and disclose AI-generated content before publishing it.

Availability and enforcement

We may reject tasks, suspend accounts, restrict downloads, or modify the service to protect users, providers, and the public. You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fancy Cafe AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for claims arising from content you upload or publish without necessary rights.
