This Privacy Policy applies to Fancy Cafe AI and fancycafeai.pro. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Current availability: a new model is still being evaluated; video generation and payments are not open yet. The homepage role cards display selected photos locally using browser memory. Those selections are not uploaded or sent to an AI provider, and the reference video does not change. The media-processing descriptions below apply to existing records and any future verified processing service.

• Account information: your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers supplied during registration or Google sign-in.
• Uploaded content: the one or two photos you upload and the preview or full videos generated from them.
• Task and usage data: generation status, model settings, timestamps, credit use, and security or abuse-prevention logs.
• Payment records: order IDs, product, amount, currency, payment provider, and fulfillment status. Waffo processes payment credentials; we do not store full card numbers.
• Cookies and device data: session cookies, locale, basic browser information, and attribution parameters needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, upload and generate videos, provide previews and paid downloads, process credits, prevent fraud and prohibited content, provide support, and improve service reliability.

Service providers

The configured infrastructure includes Cloudflare for hosting, D1 database, and R2 file storage, Waffo for payment processing, and Google for optional sign-in. Previous generation integration used fal.ai and ByteDance Seedance. A new generation model is being evaluated; the current local photo selector sends no photos to it. Any future provider processing and related policy details must be confirmed before generation opens.

Retention and security

We use encrypted connections, authenticated task access, signed payment webhooks, and access controls. No online system is completely secure. We retain account, task, media, and transaction records while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. You may request deletion of uploaded media and account data.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. You may also withdraw consent for future uploads. Do not upload photos of another adult without that person's permission.
