Failed generation

If a full-video generation fails after a download credit is consumed, that credit is returned automatically. Please try again with clear, permitted source photos.

Unused credits

Contact support@fancycafeai.pro within 72 hours of purchase to request a refund for an unused download credit. Include your account email and order ID. Approved refunds return through Waffo to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

Used credits

A credit used for a successfully generated video is not refundable solely because the AI result differs from your expectations. Review the supplied reference scene and your selected photos before purchasing or generating. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Policy violations and chargebacks

Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized payment use, prohibited content, and chargeback abuse may result in account restrictions. Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and help.
